Wow, I wish my emails would show up in this listing more quickly. I already
solved the problem and posted my results 2 hours ago and I keep getting
responses. I'm still waiting for my messages to show up in the listing.
Thanx everyone.
The problem was that POSE lets me 'Open' a ROM image when it really wants a
.PSF file. Since I'm new to POSE, I couldn't figure out how to load a ROM
image and would select the ROM image instead of opening a .PSF file.
Naturally, POSE would crash in many nasty ways.
There should be an error dialog box that displays whenever newbies try to
load a ROM image instead of a .PSF file. POSE should be able to handle my
mistake without crashing. Something like "File invalid. Use 'New' to create
a session." would have pointed me in the right direction.
I have finally figured out how to create a 'New' session file and was able
to load the ROM image successfully. All appears to be working.
