I want to take a moment here to say that we in engineering at least, do hope
to break this system at some indeterminate point in the future. We do NOT
intend
to continue to broadcast these launchcodes to all installed applications
forever...
So, it'd be really cool if everyone started using the NotifyMgr on ROMs that
supported it.
At least, within the next couple of OS releases...
Then we can take some of this stuff out, and dramatically optimize time setting
operations, etc...
