I get something similar on the Mac, although instead of getting a
blank screen, I get a screen that does not accept any mouse clicks.
For instance, the first dialog that appears on the second session is
the DataMgr memory chunk dialog. In my case, the dialog buttons (and
the dialog itself) are visible, but greyed, as if they are being
treated like they are being displayed in the background, not the
foreground.
When this happens (about 1 in 5 sessions), the only reliable work
around is to restart my system.
