PalmOS English Pointer?

    I have a custom keyboard. In the keyboard, it needs to call the
PalmOS English keyboard, it is easy if the English keyboard is the
previous  keyboard. however, the previous keyboard is not PalmOS English
keyboard, I cannot get the PalmOS keyboard pointer before enable my
custom keyboard.
    is there any way to get the PalmOS English keyboard pointer even the
current keyboard is not the English keyboard ?
