FrmSetFocus

I would like to set the focus to a field on a dialog that I display. It
seems to work as in the dialog gets displayed and when I use the graffiti
pad, the character does display in the field. My problem is that I thought
FrmSetFocus() would display the blinking carat on the field. How does one do
this?
