If you are using Oracle Lite Consolidator database, you have to use 'DATA'
as database type.

Database types are 4-byte values, typically written as character constants.
For example, 'appl' is the type of all application databases. Your other
databases can have any type except 'appl'. Of course, all your databases,
including your application, should all have the creator ID that you
registered with Palm.

The type and creator concepts came from Mac OS.
