When copying the rsrc file to the floppy, be sure to also copy to the
floppy the Resource.frk directory that's in the same directory as the
rsrc file (the Resource.frk directory may be invisible). Also, if
you're using a copy of PC Exchange older than 2.2 (which is the
version that comes w/ MacOS 8.1) on your Mac, and the name of your rsrc
file is greater than 8 chars, be sure that the short name given to
your rsrc file matches the short name given to the corresponding file
in the Resource.frk directory.
