According to the CW FAQ, you copy the resource to a PC format floppy and
your Mac will correctly assemble the file when it's mounted. Except this
doesn't work ... or it didn't for me.
I ended up using a shareware utility called TransMac (www.asy.com). With
this, you specify that you want to create the Mac version from the resource
fork only. Specify a type/creator of PLob and MWCP. When you get it onto
your Mac, open it with Constructor and edit and save each of the bitmaps. If
CW still bombs on the build there may be a few other resource types that
will require similar edit/save treatment.
