Multibit Icons

Alright, I've run into the bug where you edit a Multibit Icon, then close
it, and repoen it, and the changes have vanished.  I searched the developer
forum and discovered that this is a known bug in CW R6.  I do not have any
earlier versions of Code Warrior.  I need a workaround.  Help.  I need it in
order to create a list view icon for my application.
