Jeff,
This is a known bug in Constructor 1.2. It's been fixed in Constructor 1.5
(although 1.5 currently has a non-functional color bitmap/icon editor but a
new one should be out soon). I can send you an older version of Constructor
that does not have this problem. Email me directly and I'll send you the
workaround.
