Am I missing something? I just installed this version of constructor and it
does not seem to work at all.
I first called up an existing project, selected the application Icon,
changed the type to 8-bit color and added color. Closed and re-opened and
only original Black pixels were retained.
Called up an existing bitmap - it was aleady marked as being in 8-bit color.
I filled one portion with red. Closed and called it back up - color is now
blue. Change color to explicit blue, close and called it back up - color is
now red(?)
Created a new bitmap. Made blue lines on top, red lines on bottom. Close &
recall: lines on top are now red, lines on bottom are blue. Added some green
lines. Close & recall. Green stayed green, but lines on top turned to black
and lines on bottom went back to red. Almost seems like palette is getting
jockeyed around every time I close & recall as the colors change around in a
crazy manner every time I recall the bitmap.
Or is there somthing else going on here I'm unaware of, or???

Subject: New Windows CodeWarrior tools (including Constructor)
Just posted in the 3.5 software seeding area of the Pavilion
(http://www.palm.com/devzone/pavilion.html) is a newer set of the
Windows-based tools for CodeWarrior.
This includes two important items in particular:
- a newer Constructor which can edit color, grayscale and black&white
images
- a newer linker which fixes the "BDWM" problem
