Actually the readme says this, but it probably isn't said stridently enough
(or perhaps people aren't reading the readme! No surprises there.)
Don't use the old editors for Icon or Multibit Icons. Use App Icon
Families. Exclusively. Ditto for using Bitmap Families, only.
Yes it isn't the most user friendly, but that's what you get when you're
trying to hurry software sometimes :-(
