I'm trying to check whether there is a network connection already set in my
app, otherwise I will make one.
My problem is that when I do a
err = NetLibOpenCount(AppNetRefnum, &openCount);
the openCount is always returned as 0, even if a network connection has
already been made from the Network Panel (no err returned either).
Hence, I end up dropping the connection and restarting it again.
Any help appreciated.
