I'm having big problems with the new constructor and my Matrox Millenium
G400 Dual Head. The contructor 1.5b5 previous to this new release was
finally working fine (with the only problem that bitmaps were not saved of
course). But the new one shows some streaks accross the screen while the
bitmap window stays blank when you paint on it. I know this probably is a
problem with the Matrox drivers under NT (constructor 1.2 would do the same
thing until I upgraded to the latest Matrox drivers) but I wonder what has
changed so much since 1.5b5 that I get this psychedelic effect again.

I havent been able to update my app to color yet because of this. Although
my solution now is to use my new iMac to edit resources while still
compiling on NT. The last hurdle I have to overcome for this is writting a
utility program that can take my resource file on my NTFS drive (with NT
Mac services installed) and convert it back and forth between Mac format
and Windows format (expanding and compressing the resource fork in the NTFS
AFP_Resource stream).
