Just tried MochaPPP version 2 and it doesn't have that IR problem any more.
Connect/disconnect is very nice now, though I have an odd problem where
ProxiWeb and PQAs don't work correctly -- they connect and then sit there
waiting. However, an email program I wrote runs perfectly fine both SMTP and
POP. Dunno, I guess I should try it via cradle and see if it works.. maybe
it's a 7-bit/8-bit problem or something.
