cw_help.hlp missing from CW lite 4.01 build 0436

I just downloaded the CW lite software from
http://www.palm.com/devzone/tools/cw/
and it is missing all of the help files. Is this on purpose or is this an
installation bug.

I tried the installation twice.

Can someone send the files to me? Zipped up or just attached?
