You want it checked because it makes the device go faster.  The user is
happier.

You want it not checked if you know that the form underneath the one you're
putting up is always going to have to be refreshed 'by hand' when the
dialog closes.  In this case, saving and restoring the bits is just wasting
time.

You *don't* not want it checked to test how your app handles the
frmUpdateEvent.  (Did I write that right?  Double-negatives are tricky.)
To test this, just use the Debug ROM in Poser.  The Debug ROM saves the
bits, but does not restore them.  (Just to be mean.)
