Hi DeAnna,
I believe that you are running into the 'Constructor uses 100% CPU' bug. If
Constructor is running, and there are too many other processes at the same
time, it may lock up when trying to open a .rsrc file. As a workaround, I
suggest closing down other applications, in particular CPU intensive ones
before opening the .rsrc file in Constructor. This may help at least allow
Constructor to function.
