Yes, the CW installer doesn't touch the folder in the Windows folder partly
because of the possibility that another CW installation may exist that
relies on the folder. But in this case, it sounds like the Constructor
preferences may have become messed up (Constructor 1.5 creates a prefs
inside the same folder) so deleting it clears it up. Glad to hear you got it
working again.
