You can create a multibit icon by creating a new resource (Ctrl-K) in the
Multibit Icon section of the Constructor project. You can have two icons -
Large icon (ID 1000) and the Small icon (ID 1001). The small icon uses only
the top 15 X 9 of the icon editor window.
