I created an icon and a multibit icon.  Constructor didn't kvetch.
I'm pretty sure the Palm even used the proper one (B&W) when
it was in single-bit mode and only used the color one when the
mode was forced into greyscale, although I would have to go back
and retest to be sure.

Thanks for the info on the constructor-only pseudo resource types.
