Yes, of course I had old stationery. This project
was created with the old SDK. I was converting it
to 3.5. Is there a readme file that tells the user
to get rid of references to Us.Prefix.h and/or
Locale_enUS.h?
IncsFileChanges.html suggests that the file is
still needed. Are there other unneeded files whose
references I should eliminate? Is there a document
that has correct information about the include
file changes? IncsFileChanges.html is misleading.
Thanks,
Greg Bungo
