The w-trade guys don't charge anything AFAIK so you may be able to make a
deal with them to use their interface (or backend). However, I believe
MyTrack actually has an open API w/ a downloadable SDK that works on Windows
or something. Seems like they are trying to allow developers to do stuff
like you want. Personally I like the w-trade idea better since it is
brokerage independent.
