No, unfortunately this is not a bug. The Palm OS 3.5 SDK projects were set
up using CW for Palm R6 and the IDE and project versions there are newer
than that in R5. There isn't a way to back out to the older version, but I
don't think it would be too difficult to copy the source from the Palm OS
3.5 SDK stationery, and put it into an R5-compatible project, but just
pointing at the Palm OS 3.5 Support folder.
