Hmm, I thought it was much more fundamental than HotSync, having to do with
*all* chunks in *all* heaps, dynamic or storage, being limited to a little
under 64 KB, and a resource is just a storage heap chunk...

So what? I will have the same behavior that CW has and that is the theoretical
limit, and there will be nothing that CW or anyone else can theoretically do
which I can't do.
