I am developing an application that needs to listen for data on the RS 232
port. I have the following questions.
1) If the unit shuts down while listening does the serial port shut down,
or can it still receive data and generate an interrupt?
2) How much power am I draining by leaving the serial port on?
3) If I have to leave the Palm on as well, how much power am I draining?
