The only thing I've been able to get to work consistently is to use a
Multibit Icon for that. You can't change the size of the Multibit Icon and
you should only use the upper left 15x9 area of it. (In Constructor, the
Multibit Icon will appear to be 22x22.)
Unfortunately, Multibit icons don't have color. An App Icon family might
work for the 1001 icon on the Mac version of CodeWarrior, but I haven't been
able to get it to work on the latest Constructor under windows. What
happens is: the program appears to compile but when the app runs, the
Launcher just uses the default list icon.
