I got the App Icon Family with ID of 1001 to work by deleting the old
multibit icon with id of 1001. With the Constructor I have, when you create
an App Icon Family with id of 1001, it tells you that you should set the
size to 15x9 (wish it would just do it automatically and not ask.. same with
1000.. hint, hint Metrowerks.. is it too late to add minor things to the
Constructor before final release?).
