PalmOS Training

Has anyone attended the PalmOS Training seminars that travel throughout the country?  
If so, questions:

Does it cover iNetLib programming?
Must you know extensive C programming to attend it and understand?
Are the labs covered using GCC or CodeWarrior?

Pros and cons about it?
