Hi
I can not hotsync anymore. I just get the following message: "the
connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be
established. Please check your setup and try again" I already did the soft
reset, the hard reset, turn off/on the desktop computer, tried to hotsync in
another computer.
Since my application is using the Palm serial port, I figure out
that probably my application or the hardware attached to the Palm damage the
serial port. So I would like to know what should I do to make sure that the
serial port is damaged, and if so, Does Palm repairs? Which is the best way
to proceed?
