FrmCloseAllForms() problem

Hi,

My program works fine write now. I had several times a problem with the 4128 Invalid 
Handle problem. That is solved right know. 
But now this error occurs when I want to exit the Program. I exit the program with the 
functions CloseAllForms(); 
It has always worked fine, I free my memory before closing, Does anyone know how to 
solve this problem.
