It's not always clear what is or is not obvious. Based on your description,
I don't see why it's not working. I'd use the debugger to see whether you're
actually getting a frmOpenEvent for the
form you're popping up and if so, that it is indeed being passed into
FrmDispatchEvent. I'd also
verify that you're calling FrmSetEventHandler for this form (again, using
the debugger). Beyond that, I don't know.
