FWIW I downloaded and played with that program and had no trouble
controlling Sony TV's from across the room. I have a Palm IIIx.
Interestingly, it's also able to unlock my '95 Grand Cherokee's
IR-controlled keyless entry system... Why Chrysler used an IR-controlled
system is beyond me, but at least if I ever lock my keys inside I can 'break
in' with the Palm. :)
