Resources in a Shared Library

Is it possible to include GUI resources in a shared library?  In other
words, can my shared library contain forms and the associated event
handlers.  Then I could show the form and the library would take care of
handling the events associated with the form.  If this is possible, is it
common?  Anyone out there who has done it and can share some tips?
