If I remember correctly, you have to load the resources yourself. If you
try to access it using the standard method, you end up using the resources
loaded by the calling application (assuming the ID you select is part of the
app). There was a thread on this topic some months back. I'd look at some
of the whitepapers on shared libraries (Jeff's article in the KB lists them)
