There is a Knowledge Base article on this. Basically, if you are using
constructor you need a relatively new version. You then need to create
a multibit icon, give it the appropriate ID of 1001, and then draw the
9*15 icon in the upper-left corner of the edit window.

I can not find how to define small the icone application. I thought that
it was just necessary to draw a icone 9*15
pixels with 1001 like identification, but that does not function? What
