John,

I'm posting this to the group just in case anyone else has the same problem.

Unfortunately I just deleted the incoming and outgoing mail logs yesterday,
so I wasn't able to find an email from you that bounced. However, this is
what the problem has typically been in the past.

Outlook appends an HTML version of your message to the text representation
of your message. Depending on the version of Outlook you are running, it
appends it in two different ways. Lyris detects both of those conditions
and bounces the email.

You can turn off that particular feature in the Outlook settings, and I
believe you can also turn it off per-email (at least I can with Outlook
express for the Mac).

So, you might be asking why we bounce attachments. We do this for two
reasons:

1) Most readers don't want to receive attachments. A lot of people add
vCard and HTML attachments to their messages and readers tend to annoyed
when receiving those attachments.
2) Every message is stored on the server. Attachments take up disk space,
so we don't accept them.

I hope this helps.
