Tri-port serial adapter  Jameco part #: 105195  $8.00us ( www.jameco.com )
RS232 is a shareware DOS app I downloaded from download.com  There are
several other apps like it out there, I think I even saw a windows version a
few months ago.
I don't have a schematic for the cable but its just a RS232 cable with a
9-pin connector splitting off into 2.

I found a company (B&B Electronics www.bb-elec.com) that sells basically the
same setup called BreakOut II for $250 and a more advanced serial analyzer
called SerialTest for about $1,500.
