i have a question concerning serial manager and new serial manager. the
serial manager appears to be the only one of the two i can use (because of
the os 3.0 that is running on the unit). but it is the new serial manager
that has the few extras in it that might aid in operating better
application. i'm looking at for example, configuring the 'network id' of
the unit because the device has that parameter to declare where the
information is being sent to. aswell i want to be able to setup an event,
that when i perform an action on the device, and it send information or
something, to handle it in the events (rather then sending data, and then
sitting on that line and waiting for it to reply or timeout.).
how can i over come these 2 problems?
