John,
With Constructor 1.2, there were some problems when double-clicking on a
.rsrc file, in that it would cause the IDE to hang. All files on my NT
system had to be opened from File-Open in Constructor. But, if you download
the 3.5 SDK, you get Constructor 1.5 (and Constructor 1.5b7 with Update 1),
which does not have this problem.
I hope this helps.

Subject: constructor question
General question here-
From within the CW IDE, shouldn't I be able to double click on a resource
(.rsrc) file
and it will be opened in Constructor? Perhaps this is a file association
property that
needs to be set up at installation. (I chose NOT to change my file mappings
as I have
a lot of other C source related to other development environments. I
imagine there is
no way to distinguish between two files that are both .C source yet related
to two different
compiler IDEs - like MSVC and CW et. al.)
Thanks
John
