I sync my Visor with Outlook 2000 and I use Palm Desktop 3.0.1. If I write
an email on my palm and then do a HotSync, the message gets sent
immediately. However, I am only using one Outlook profile not multiple
profiles like you are. I thought there was an option in Outlook to send
Outbox items immediately but I can't find it.
I didn't know that you could sync to Outlook at all without using
PocketMirror. If you do use PocketMirror, I am pretty sure that you have to
sync address book, calendar, memos, todo, and mail to Outlook.
