I have used the "launch App" option for the "function when clicked". You
can enter the name of the app. There is some documentation on the name to
call for the standard palm apps, but I seem to remeber some issue calling
the mail application. That problem should have been respolved long ago.
Note: I have an extention that places mail in the palm e-mail application
outbox ...
