PalmCompatibility.h for SDK 3.5

I am in the process of getting an application that was coded for v3.1 to run
with v3.5.  I included the header file PalmCompatibility.h to help deal with
new datatype names, but now I am getting several errors and numerous
warnings for this file when I build.  Has anyone resolved this successfully?
