I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I know TRG produces software
that allows you to customize and flash your Palm, and Symbol also
(if you're a member of the Symbol Developer Program) provides an application
for flashing/customizing the Symbol units. Apart from that, I don't
really know of too many others.
