It's been terrible. So far I havn't gotten any reply from their support
people either.

Is it my bad luck, or is Palm knowledge base down about half the time?
I don't use it daily, but it seems like when I do need it, it is
unavailable half the time. I will either get a "cannot find page" or
a Palm message saying it is temporarily unavailable.
