.RCP resources with CodeWarrior?

What is the best way to use source-form resources (i.e. .RCP) with
CodeWarrior?  Is it possible to associate the .RCP extension w/ PilRC so
that CW will do the compilation automatically?  If so, how do you instruct
it to link in all of the resulting .BIN files?
