Both the Macintosh and Windows versions of the plugins are built on the
Mac (the Windows version is cross-compiled from the Mac). You should be
able to natively build on Windows (and reverse-cross-compile to the Mac)
with CodeWarrior Pro 5.3 for Windows, but I haven't tried doing so.
