I believe that most devices don't support this... I think DTR is automatically
asserted/deasserted when the RS232 transceiver is enabled/disabled. However, I
also think that you can actually control DTR using a Palm IIIc and the 3.5 SDK.
Take a look & see. I don't know what your application is, so this may or may
not be useful to you...
