Special meaning they ride the short bus?
Seriously, I feel the same way about certifications. But in the last 6
months I've had those "special" human resources types ask me about it, and
since they are the ones that sign the checks, I thought I'd look into it.
Palm Programming is a new field to these people and they see certifications
in a different light than we do.
