I have had this happen when my segment has grown to be larger than 64k. It
says that it fails to connect, but if you look at the emulator and try the
applications/Menu/Options/Delete, you will see a 1k stub of the program.
I have also heard that if you remove the cache files in /winnt/metrowerks
that you can clean up this problem.
There are other reasons I have hit this problem, but let's see if this helps
first.
